South Coast Highway WE ARE MAKING PROGRESS 20% completed

Work continues on the South Coast Highway Improvement Project – May Pen to Williamsfield. The contractor, China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) is doing preparatory works for the construction of a bridge over the Rio Minho River, as well as developing a camp site and erecting overpasses. They are also continuing earth works - undertaking more clearing and grubbing and cutting of hilly areas, as well as watering of the site.
