The incumbent will oversee financial planning procedures and prepare forecasts, budgets and risk analyses to support the effective planning, construction and operation of proposed and existing highway systems.

The Corporate Planner is responsible for leading the forward planning process of the Company in the development of its strategic, corporate and operational plans within the context of the Company's role and mandate; monitor and track operational performance against corporate plan/operational plan to ensure planned targets and objectives are achieved within agreed timeframe; in accordance with budget and strategic plan; lead the Company's strategic partnership efforts and provide research support to the Company in carrying out its mandate.

The Procurement Officer under the general supervision of the Public Procurement Manager is to assist in the procurement processes required for the acquisition of goods and services essential for the operation of the MDA. The incumbent will ensure that all procurements are conducted in accordance with the Government of Jamaica procurement guidelines and procedures (Public Procurement Act 2015).
